  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The product is not damaged due to customer misuse

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, socks, or personal-use items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
